I usually only go to the McDonald's on Garden Street but because this one is closer to the house we'll stop here on occasions and it is always a mistake. Not all the staff but most of them are very rude as well. I went in one time to fix my medium hot chocolate because they charged me for a medium Peppermint mocha which is the same price as a large hot chocolate and the store manager argued with me that they were the same price until I pointed out on the menu that they weren't and all she said was "oh, so you want a large hot chocolate instead", no apology or nothing very unprofessional. I've also been inside and heard them talk bad about other customers coming through drive-thru.July 12, 2016
